WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist all warehouse and production departments in performing a variety of tasks relating to the process of outgoing and incoming rental orders.
  • Packing incoming rental inventory to CdP’s highest standards while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Maintaining quality control of inventory.
  • Assist in pulling outgoing rental orders and preparing orders for delivery.
  • Assist in new rental inventory receiving, unpacking boxes, verifying quantities, etc.
  • Help maintain organized and pristine warehouse floor

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly organized with attention to the smallest of details.
  • Ability to adapt as needed.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Part-time position. Approximately 3+ days/week.


DELIVERY & SCULLERY REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Delivery and pick up of rental orders throughout California and the United States.
  • Working at event venue to receive and repack rentals during the event through load out (scullery).
  • Ensuring our clients are happy and have a great CdP experience!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Personable, engaging demeanor with a strong understanding of customer service.
  • Professional attitude and ability to effectively communicate with high-end clientele.
  • Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record; will drive company cargo vans for deliveries.
  • Must be reliable, have a flexible schedule and be open to travel.
  • Availability on weekends preferred and and many events require several travel days.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Part-time, on call position.


RETAIL ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist all warehouse and sales departments in performing a variety of tasks relating to the process of outgoing and incoming retail orders.
  • Preparing retail orders for shipment.
  • Assist in new retail inventory receiving and inventory management.
  • Assist with retail customer service inquiries.
  • Updating website as needed with stock quantities, inventory descriptions, etc.
  • Maintaining and organizing all related retail supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Flexible schedule and ability to adapt as needed.
  • Obsessively organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Appreciation for perfection.
  • Retail and/or gift wrapping experience a huge plus!

Part-time, on call position. Approximately 3+ days/week.
